You can download the MooVooApp from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, open the app and follow the simple on-screen instructions to create your account using your phone number or email address. You'll need to verify your contact information.
Service availability varies by location. The best way to check is to download the MooVooApp, set your location, and see which services (MooVooCity, MooVooKiddo, MooVooCharge, etc.) are displayed as available options. You can also visit our Locations page for an overview.
MooVooApp offers secure in-app payments via various methods, including mobile money, credit/debit cards, and our integrated wallet system. All transactions are encrypted for your security. Cash payments may also be available for certain services depending on the region.
